minimum income: $200 weekly, 2 pay stubs & 2 months on the job

bankruptcy: discharge papers

minimum 3 month residency: current utility bill or copy of lease/mortgage

references: names, addresses, phone numbers of 2 family members and 4 friends

down payment plus plate or plate transfer fees to be paid in cash

plate transfers: plate number & registration must be in customer's name & not expired

the vehicle must stay in the state of Michigan until paid in full
